Adapted Teen Classes Ages 15 and Older

If you're looking for searching for ways to keep your teen busy and moving, look no further! Above Ability's Adapted Teen classes are specifically designed for students ages 15 and older. Movement is made FUN and REWARDING to keep older students interested and motivated. Students will participate in a wide range of games, movement activities, obstacle courses, obstacle pathways, and more - all designed to develop strength, stamina, stability, mobility, and gross motor skills, as well as:

• motor planning
• balance and coordination
• core strength
• flexibility
• body awareness 
• communication and social skills 
• empathy and understanding 
• confidence

Classes cost $30.00 for each 30-minute session, billed monthly at $120.00 on the 1st day of each month. Classes are offered year-round, except during major holidays and planned calendar breaks.

Above Ability provides classes for children of all needs and abilities. Our classes have no more than 6 students per class so that each student gets the support that they need.
