We offer monthly memberships which will be auto billed on the first of each month. Monthly memberships include 1 class weekly. Your first billing will be via invoice where you will enter and SAVE your billing and credit card information for future auto billing. 

If you think you will miss a scheduled class, please notify us 24 hours in advance so we can schedule a make-up class at a later date or prorate for the following month. We understand when emergencies happen and that there will be times when you must notify us at the last minute. In this case we will do our best to accommodate families. Make-ups, prorates, etc. will not be issued for missed classes without prior notification. If your payment is declined for any reason (insufficient funds/expired card, etc.), there may be a late fee assessed after 24 hours. Continual declined payments may result in your child being dropped from the schedule.

I am fully aware of and appreciate the risks involved with any form of exercise and sports. I recognize these activities may involve motion such as running, jumping, climbing and/or strength work with weighted balls which therefore creates the possibility of serious accidental injury, paralysis, or even death. I release Above Ability LLC, its owners, agents, or employees from any and all claims, losses, or damages. Please click link below to sign and submit waiver.

Above Ability will be closed on the following dates:

• 11/25/24 through 11/30/24
• 12/23/24 through 12/28/24
• 12/31/24 
• 1/1/2025
• 3/3/2025 through 3/5/2025
• 4/18/2025
• 7/3/2025 and 7/4/2025
• 11/26/2024 through 11/28/2025
• 12/24/25 through 12/26/25

Out of an abundance of caution, classes will always be canceled during weather events that are out of our control. We will make every effort possible to offer make-ups as required.

Parents/caregivers must sign their children in and out of classes. No child can be left unattended before, during or after class. If your child is being picked up by someone other than parent/caregiver, please let us know. For verification they will be asked to provide their driver's license when they arrive to pick up your child. 

I release Above Ability owner and staff to render temporary first aid treatment for my child and the power to consent to medical treatment during any emergency situation for the health and safety of my child in the event that I cannot be immediately contacted.

If your child is noticeably ill, running a fever over 100 degrees or displays symptoms of any contagious disease, please keep them home until they are well. Our classes include children who are medically fragile and those who have weakened immune systems. Your child must be fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medications. 

Above Ability does not prorate or refund class payments due to illness, vacations, missed classes without prior notification, or weather closures.

Above Ability reserves the right to terminate this service agreement at any time for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, habitual late payments, unacceptable parent behavior, or any deviation from this agreement. 

As a student of Above Ability, the parent or legal guardian each each student grants the business, Above Ability LLC, permission to use photographs taken of your child for any legal use, including but not limited to: marketing, advertising, and web content. If you do not approve of this photo release for any reason, please notify us via email at coacht@aboveability.com and we will honor your request. Please agree to this text to prove that you have read and understand this clause.
